“The best thing we can do as a team, as a company, is to not only provide people an opportunity, but show them step by step what they have to do to succeed. As we continue building leadership in this company, it’s important to get people on a good schedule,” explains Alkazin. “For example, help a new person get on their feet by guiding them to set up a weekly schedule where they are busy on the phone for an hour or two a day and doing a few small meetings when possible. That’s the key right now — you want to continue building a person from the ground up.”
Alkazin continues to share his strategy for 2015, “My focus is bronze, silver, gold, diamond — helping the newest people reach the next level, which will keep them in the business longer. We just need a few key Affiliates to step up and be the next success story to lead others to do the same.”
Additional business advice from Alkazin:
- Find your “Why,” whether it’s health, time, freedom, extra money, etc.
- When meeting with new prospects and Affiliates, talk about where you’re going. Not where you are now.
- Don’t limit yourself to one market/demographic — talk to all types of people, young and old.
- Under promise and over deliver.
