Presidential Affiliate Maddie Morton of Redlands, California, says it took two years for her to finally go “all in” with Vemma, and it wasn’t from a lack of credible examples in her life. “I sat back and watched young people just like me make success happen,” shares Maddie, who saw her brother (Royal Ambassador Alex Morton) rise to Vemma rock star status and her parents (Marc and Sandi) also go Elite.
A business major at the prestigious University of Redlands, Maddie finally started working the business seriously about a year ago, balancing school and the Vemma business opportunity.
“Once I got the belief level that Vemma could really work for me, it made all the difference,” she says. Maddie’s now living every young entrepreneur’s dream: acing her college courses during the week and traveling every weekend with her Vemma business.*
IN THIS TOGETHER
With her college graduation coming up within the next year, Maddie is excited for the future and knows where she’s headed.
“Our generation is so blessed to have this opportunity with Vemma,” she says. “When I think of where I was when I started, so scared to even take a phone call, I realize how much I’ve grown and changed. That’s really what this is all about. We’re young. We can learn so much. And we’re in this together. With Vemma, we learn life skills that will help us in every aspect of our lives.”
SEEING THE WORLD
Maddie says she absolutely loves traveling, and that’s been one of her favorite things about running a Vemma business, even putting off getting a Vemma car so she’ll have more freedom to trot the globe.
“There aren’t a lot of 20-year-olds who get to travel this much, and it’s thanks to Vemma that I can.”* She’s traveled all over the U.S., Europe, Israel, Africa, and recently went with a group of young Vemma Affiliates to Guatemala to help build homes for families in need.
“There are so many people in the world who are angry about jobs or the economy, and yet they have so much in comparison. Traveling gives you a new perspective on life.”
