Twenty-year-old Star Platinum Affiliate Michael McKiernan is going “all in” with Vemma.
The Arizona YPR Affiliate made that decision after achieving Diamond and realizing the true potential of his Vemma business. Up until then, his life had a few distractions that weren’t adding up to the residual income he knew was possible.
“Achieving Diamond was enough to help me pay student loans, credit cards, rent, and electricity, but not enough to go above and beyond,” says Michael. “Rank advancing to Star Platinum and possibly Executive this month is a game changer. It’s almost double the income on a monthly basis for me.”*
Now Michael has his sights set on Executive and he’s set a course to achieve it quickly thanks to his team’s 90-day Vemma blitz, which he’s doing leading up to All in Convention.*
HOW THE 90-DAY BLITZ WORKS
“With this blitz, we’re trying to get as many people on the same page as possible,” says Michael, who’s worked out specific goals for team members who are also doing the blitz. “The 90 day blitz includes two pre-launches and two challenges. If you’re full time in Vemma, it’s going to be 12 hours a day; if you do Vemma part-time, it’s 6 hours a day. During the 30-day pre-launches, we’re looking for eight new Affiliates each.”
Michael says they’ve set up trainings, three-way calls, and large regional events to help people who want to better their financial situations. Being active on social media and helping a new team member get plugged in is also a huge part of their strategy.
“It’s critical to get connected with the newest person, making sure they’re plugged in to our Facebook groups,” he adds.
Michael says they’re also looking for customers, noting that the launch of Verve MoJoe will be awesome for everyone. “Coffee is the second most-consumed drink worldwide,” he says. “It’s a huge opportunity for everyone.”*
6 Keys to Michael’s Success

6 Keys to Michael’s Success
- Eliminate distractions — focus on “MMA’s Money—Making Activities.” I don’t play Xbox as much anymore or watch TV unless it was NFL Sunday. I barely party anymore.
- Keep introducing people to Vemma no matter what rank you are. I’m someone who’s enrolled a lot of people. It’s going to guarantee you’re not stagnant.
- Home events — hold them every day.
- Personal development — watch people who are successful, and learn about the industry to grow yourself.
- Utilize social media in the right way — find a need, and push positive things that are not directly about Vemma. I post about traveling and all kinds of things and people ask, “How are you always enjoying these big things?”
- Build relationships with your team every day — do stuff outside of Vemma. When we go to Phoenix Suns games, we get out, go to dinner and have a good time.
